    Unless your college offers classes in the culinary arts you are in the wrong place. You should be attending a culinary school such as Le Cordon Bleu.

    Culinary arts are usually taught in community college or vocational colleges. These are usually two year associate degree programs that not only teach about cooking, but also safety and health regulations, legal issues in the workplace, and other things you will need to deal with.

    Yes it is very good to take classes its helps you be more aware of your surroundings and whats going on around you. I have taken 3years of culinary arts my best decision, i dont regret it . it shows your willingness. go for it, the more you know the better pay. Do not be a know it all still be willing to learn. and humble
